- Lags and leads in dependencies
- CPM (Critical Path Method) scheduling
- Network diagram (PERT chart) and Gantt chart views
- Defining resources: labour, material, equipment
- Assigning resources to activities
- Resource levelling and over-allocation resolution
- Budgeting and cost loading
- Creating project baseline
- Updating actual start, actual finish, and % completion
- Earned Value Management (EVM) — BCWP, BCWS, ACWP, SPI, CPI
- S-Curve generation for progress reporting
