- Duct system creation — supply, return, and exhaust air networks
- Duct sizing and pressure drop calculations
- Mechanical equipment placement (AHUs, FCUs, diffusers)
- Piping systems for chilled water and condenser water
- Electrical equipment: panels, switchboards, light fixtures, outlets
- Conduit and cable tray routing
- Creating lighting plans and power plans
- Electrical schedules and panel schedules
- Domestic water supply piping — hot and cold
- Sanitary drainage and venting systems
- Fire sprinkler and fire hose reel systems
- Clash detection with Navisworks (overview)
- MEP coordination with architectural and structural Revit models
- Creating MEP drawings and equipment schedules
- IFC export for BIM coordination
